yeah, i'm thinking the only way i'll take this particular car is if they do throw the CPO warranty in...

Sometimes problems can be chronic. They take up much of your life energy delivering the car to be repaired again and again and worrying. The fact that the car is out of state makes taking legal action against the seller should you need to for any reason very difficult, you would most likely need an out of state lawyer. I bought an Audi in Oregon and it had major problems not disclosed. They seller made me climb the entire Audi ladder to get a replacement car. I will never buy an out of state car again. Just get a new one unless you find a nice used one at a local dealer that you can have inspected and make sure it is more or less problem free.

That's my take. Remember they new 2012 are being cranked out in less than 30 days. You don't have to wait long for a brand new car just as you like. You can get it more or less at invoice too.
