it was one of those moments where its like "wow i feel like im talking to a millionaire" so i would consider it a compliment

From his pics, it does not look like it will ever snow where he is living!!!LOL

I am not 3M'ing my truck.
To me its like buying a nice sofa and having plastic covers protecting the material.
I will take my chances

Don't need snow to destroy your car. I have not done it either and never drove in snow and has been super careful still rock chips all over. In other words, damage is guaranteed.

Don't think it just snow chipping the fenders. The little rocks on road also chip them. This is a well known issue and some people have returned the car to dealer after 6 months or year as it gets real bad and has to be repainted.
