2011 50i to 2010 X5M?

Considering upgrading from my current 2011 X5 50i Sport with almost 13K miles to a 2010 X5M.

My Car Trade:

2011 X5 50i Sport -Purchased 7/2010
MSRP: 73,xxx
Paid: 68,xxx
Trade in Value: 59,800
Current Miles: 12,850

Potential New Purchase:

2010 X5M
MSRP: 93,425
Black/Black Extended. Options: Cold weather, premium sound, roof rails, soft close doors, driver assistance, rear climate, comfort access.
Selling price: 74,200
miles: <15K

Thoughts:

1) Love the drive of the X5M. Power, suspension, etc.
2) 2010 does not have the revised tail lights.
3) A little over 2 years of warranty left for X5M
4) Nothing wrong at all with the 50i just love the power of the X5M
5) Car is DD into NYC

Give it to me straight.
