Can I use X6 wheels on my X5M?

I recently traded in my X5 for a X5M and I am aware that rear hub size is different on the M from the non-m. I have 18" wheels that I used for my winter set but I don't believe the 18's will clear the brakes.

I understand that the X6 shares the same hub size as the M. Will 19" X6 take offs fit? Spacers required?

I know I can buy X5 wheels and then use hub-centric spacers to adapt to the X5M size but I prefer not to do this. See below link.

Maybe I should just buy some 298M's from Tischer for 400 per wheel.

Any and all input is appreciated.
