Only the one the dealer sells, since it is under warranty. Make sure to use an OE filter as well. Anything else introduces a risk related to you having to prove that your alternative oil and filter didn't cause a problem, if one ever happens.
It is likely the same 5w-30 as other BMW engines use (apart from the S engines in some M models). Your manual will say.
No break in oil change required since there was no break-in oil installed at the factory, but do whatever feels good. You are actually at around 10x the oil change frequency that the design engineers recommend. At that increased frequency, we would be getting our teeth checked and a full medical every 36 days instead of annually.
