If its personal use then obviously you want to take the option that will take the least off your bottom line.. if its for business then that can be a different story (well it is here)

It all depends on the dealer. Most don't care. Worst case, you just remove it and its not a whole lot for removal.

Man, this is as confusing as it gets...I'm looking at Infinity QX for my wife. So I am going through the same debate in my head now. Had kind off settled on leasing a new or buying used one. Oh well...

Yes, confusing is an understatement!
I am realizing that I won't keep the car for more than 4 years as I will want a new X5M then. 100 grand is a lot to drop on a car and not owning it for long. It would definitely be a loss at the trade in. I will probably be putting between 12 and 15K miles a year. Reason i don't want to keep the car longer than 4 years is because cars nowadays are so technology heavy that you know this technology is going to be a dinosaur in 4 years. So... I am pretty much justified in my head to lease it. Now if it were a cheap car then it might be a different story. |
