Take 7% off MSRP and treat that as invoice price. Add $500-$1000 for sellers original cost. You can find prod date here |

September 2011. Not sure on miles, lets say under 50.
7% off is significantly higher than what they have already offered me as a discount. |

I have been offered a new 2013 X5 M with MSRP of $95,795 for $89k(without haggling). BMW has some good promos these days bringing the invoice even lower. You can also try one day membership to Galves for pricing used cars. Thats what most dealers use. |

Thanks, but "invoice" seems to be irrelevant. I have been offered the car at $4k below "invoice", so that is obviously not a good indicator of what their cost is.
I guess my question is can I push for more than $11-12k off msrp for a 2012 or is that as good as it is going to get? |

PS: Saying $11k off MSRP(of a new car) is irrelevant since you are buying used car not a new car. |

Sorry, this is a new car. Miles are under 50 miles, not 50,000.

It soynds like a decent deal. They wanted $85K for one at military sales which was tax free in UK. So 80K isn't too bad even though in 3 weeks the 2013 will be available

Ok, now that makes a big difference and it may be a good deal. In that case I would just compare on what I am saving by getting a 2013 vs. 2012.
