Headlight noise X1E84 1.8D

Hi all,
Have an X1 E84 1.8D X Drive
When you stop the engine there is a motor like noise coming from both headlights
They are just the standard Halogen Headlights.
Can't understand what this could be.......so any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Update
It seems both headlights are trying to alter height setting all the time. Moving backwards and forwards.
So any idea of the cause?
Is there a fuse that could be pulled to stop it moving please?
