Need tips on how to remove center dash storage bin, cup holder, gear selector trim

I want to remove the crappy soft touch finish that is disintegrating on my center dash storage bin, cup holder and gear selector surround trim.

Can anyone walk me through how to remove these pieces?

Thanks, Brian in Austin

Thanks Court X3! I had tried pulling up on the cup holder previously, but just not aggressively enough,....and no "pinch and twist". Came right off and took about 10 minutes in the kitchen sink with a scotch pad and soapy water to remove all the peeling soft tough paint.

Now to see if I can get the shift indicator surround out after removing the rear portion of the center console,....and then the storage bin in the dash,.....caught a video from Bavarian Audio showing how to remove the center A/C vents,.....hoping that once they are out,.....I will be able to remove the storage bin

Got everything out yesterday and removed all the old peeling finish. Looks like new now.

Now pulling the seats and carpet.
