Exclamation BMW X3: 4x4 + Brake + Air Bag dash lights always on!!

Since I have had my 2009 BMW X3 E83, I run into two accidents.

In the first one, the Air Bags were activated but in the second one, they were not activated because the BMW Dealer did not do a good job replacing them.

Long story short, after the 2nd accident the front of the car was 90% messed up and it took about 2 years to rebuild it with spares from a non BMW dealer but a good mechanic.

Last week I went to finally to pick up my car and it looked like the first day I bought it.

The driving was cool as new BUT, I noticed that three dash lights were permanently on:

- 4x4 (orange)
- Brakes (orange)
- Air Bags (red)

Also, I noticed that in the combined control panel (below the radio unit) with a total of 4 buttons, three of them can't be engaged by pushing them (please see attached image):

- the 1st doesn't work (DTS)
- the 2nd doesn't work
- the 3rd works
- the 4th doesn't work

The original battery was replaced by another one full of charge. It's not a BMW battery.

When I turn the steering wheel to make a turn to full left or full right I hear strange noises clicking below the car and feel some vibration on my hand if I have it on my gear knob.

Because all BMW dealer garages are full of appointments now I managed to get a slot in the "Bosh Car Service" garage to check the car... I do not know if this Bosh garage is good to repair my car but read that their reputation is high all over the world.

I don't know if the rebuild was done properly because it was a big service.. the car was smashed in the front so the mechanics had to reposition all bits and pieces together. The car went through an official inspection and was admitted to be driven without any remark.

The mechanic referred to these dash lights on but told me that he couldn't do anything to remove them due to a lack of diagnostic tools to check them.

As I read in some messages I did some tests like Twisting the steering wheel from full left to right and vice versa but the 4x4 sign didn't come off.

Please see the images attached to see the problems I report here.

Any help is welcome!
