Unhappy Schroth Harness Install Unsuccessful

Well, I took a chance and bought the Schroth snap-in harness belts for an E46 to install in the X3. All in all it went fine, but once it was installed I found that the male part of the buckle on the Schroth harness was too wide for the female buckle on the X3. Oh well... out it all came and back it goes to the store.

Nothing ventured nothing gained...

It is a 4 point racing harness that uses mostly stock mounting locations.

For auto-x and/or track days they make all the difference in the world. The ability to use the steering wheel to steer instead of to hold-on gives one great control!

Oh well...
