What is the factory recommended tire psi?

Would anybody know what the factory recommended tire pressure for the X3 with Sport Package is (the wheels are 18")? I'm looking to get some Tire Pressure Indicator Caps and the options are for 32 psi or 34 psi caps. I don't have access to the manual or the X3 (wife drives it). Thanks.

35 psi in the rear, 32 psi in the front. i'd be curious to hear how those tire pressure indicator caps work out - let us know!

Depends on the size of your tires. Check page 83 on the manual.

I think it's listed on the sticker of the driver's side door.

Check the manual. All the different wheel and tire combinations are listed, along with the recommended pressures for each.

The door pillar sticker for my 06 with sport package says 32 front, 35 rears.

Agree- I've heard mixed impressions of the indicator caps. Some even say they leak!

Please let us know what your results are...
