DVD/Headrest Monitor Harness

Hey i got ahold of the rear entertainment system for the x3 with the armrest mounted unit and 2 headrest monitors but there was no wiring harness and when you look in the parts catalog it just says dvd install kit and its over 800.00, does anyone know how or if its possible to get the 2 video and the power harness seperately, seems like all the other harnesses are available except this one.

But on that note are there aftermarket harnesses for this stuff seems silly that if you need to replace a harness you have to buy the 800.00 kit but the dealer i talked to had no answers either, they weren't sure

I have some good connections with the Dealers. With respect to the OEM product. Can you find out the BMW part number you need?

Either that or can you contact Buddy Ogle @ BMW of The Hudson Valley (845) 462-3411 and see if he can get you the part number. He is extremely talented in finding these parts even when nobody else can locate them.

I know i was going to send you a pm to say thanks, what are the odds that there would be one lying around that they already got credit for and hey could hook me up with those parts. All i can say is that is why i have been driving a bmw for 6.5 years now, people are always helping you out.
