I decided not to go with the XC90...my wife hated it. A new question...Is zenon worth it...somebody told me that Zenon will be costly to replace... Is the stock headlight pretty bright itself compared to the old Halogen headlights? and is there any replaceable brigth headlights that I can replace easily? Best... |

Xenon, not Zenon, by costly to replace what do you mean? The bulbs or the whole unit? Stock headlights do not compare AT ALL to Xenon lights.

Xenons are worth every single penny and then some! They turn night into day. Once you drive with those you will wonder how you ever managed without.

Xenons are a must. If no other option and on a short budget, its the one to get. Plus for '07 you get the neat-o angel eyes.

I had a RX300 before my X and there's no comparison. I've driven the RX350 and it's an improvement over the RX300, but still drives like a jacked up Camry. Don't get me wrong, Lexus makes great vehicles, they're just not driver's cars. My wife has a Lexus Is300 and it's great, but we're in the process of ordering the 335i now. The difference is there in day to day driving, but where they really shine is when you run into that panic stop, swerve, whatever situation.
Your wife will be safer in the X and you'll enjoy driving it alot more. Go with the BMW and you'll never regret it. Safety first right?
