Swapping out the OEM TV Module

Managed to pick up a Hybrid Digital TV module to replace the factory fitted analogue one. We go fully digital in the UK over the next couple of years & I use my TV quite a bit whilst I'm waiting around whilst out on business, which seems to happen more and more these days

Anyhow, looking at the nav & TV mounting cradle in the X3, I cannot see how the tuner module can be taken out without removing the whole mounting frame, Nav and all. Whilst the module is only bolted in with a single bolt, there is not anywhere near enough room to slide it out. I'm not sure how easy it is to get the mounting frame out either as part of it seems to go behind the trim panel towards where the audio amp is.

So, does anyone have any detailed instructions on how to get the TV module out please? All help and advice gratefully received.
