Service Engine Soon light

My "service engine soon" light came on 3 times in the 5 months I have owned my X3. It has now been with the dealer for 1 month as they continue to "diagnose" the problem. Anybody else have a similar issue?

what were the codes that triggered the SES light. Without these it's like shooting blind in the dark.

Thanks, but I have no idea. It has been at the dealer for a month. They originally said it was related to the fuel pump/injection. Is this a typical problem with 2006 X3s?

The first time mine came on, I was told it was the oxygen sensors.
The second time, the bluetooth module died. I'm not sure how the two are related.

I'm not sure what state you bought your X3 from, but I believe in certain states if a new car is in the shop for the same thing for 30 days then the lemon law may apply.

Just like that, BMW is replacing your car? There's got to be more to the story than bringing in the X3 for a problem one time, staying at the dealer for 30 days and getting a new car.
