Ok, Im a proud owner of an 2004 2.5 silver SAV.
Thanks all for the advice and input.
The cars has a few issues and I went through a pre-buy check through BMW ($260 in the Bay Area) and they assured me these "issues" were resolveable. So I took the plunge and paid $23.1k for an '04 2.5 32k miles with premium package and nav.
Itching to wash and wax it but forecast calls for rain all weekend. Going to go out for a long drive in the rain!

ps. anyone know how to turn on the "birds eye" view on the nav?
