It's noticably stiffer than before and I do feel (and hear) the road a bit more. The change to the directional tires also changed the characteristic of the road noise.

I've been driving it the whole today, and I feel going from 17" to 18" was the right choice for my case (mostly city roads with a few short express way; multi story car parks). 19" will be too much.

I was a little worry that my wife would complain the ride becomes a little less comfortable, but so far she hasn't said anything yet

Man, I LOVE that look!

That body-colored bumpers look great. Those wheels are awesome, too. Overall, that is one GREAT looking X3. Congrats!

Juan

Thanks guys!

I was having a great time manuveoring with the car the other day while my wife was in the car... after making a few turns... my wife looked at me and said with a smile... "those new rims and tires are great"

Holy sheesh kebop! How much is that kit with painting?

It's one of the nicest OEM kits!

Thanks. Really, I'm not sure how much it cost exactly. It was a promotion with a package price, which included the full body kit.

Nice job - perhaps the best looking X3 I've seen! The only thing that I think would make it look even better (true for just about any vehicle, IMHO) is if the dual exhaust pipes were one each side instead of both on the driver's side. Did you put a clear bra on that lil' beast? Might be a worthy mod to protect your investment...
