Once you have the receiver installed, just turn on the stereo and push the "mode" button until you see "Sirius". The display should read "acquiring". That should last for a few minutes as the receiver downloads the channel information. It should then go to the setup channel on its own.

I went through the registration process and using my Sirius Receiver ID number it recognized the BMW 1 year prepaid subscription provided by BMW. Problem solved. Why the customer service rep could not do this is a mystery? BB |
