X3 comes through again

We had 2" of ice and another 3-4 " of ice and snow mix on top of that. The X3 pulled through it without any problems with All Season Michelin Tires. I know my Explorer and maybe even my 4 Runner would have had problems getting through that stuff. +1 for the X3.
cheers
vern

vern: Glad to hear it for the X3, but no confidence in the 4Runner? I'm in Jersery also, and the X5 stayed parked and my Landcruiser did a yeomans' job thru this storm that we had. Did not have to dig it out to get it moving and parked it where I wanted.......

That's interesting.....I thought that any full sized ladder frame trucky SUV would be better in the snow than the X3...but if it works for you, fantastic! I was actually surprised my X5 did so well when I first got it...
Anyways, drive carefully!
