Auto Headlight & Rain Sensing wipers

My X3 did not come with the Auto Headlight and Rain Sensing Wipers, does anyone know if they can be added / retrofitted from BMW?

I have rain sensor viper standard on my X3 here in Canada.
The auto headlight you talked about is called Adaptive headlight, optional $490 CAD which is around USD$385

adaptive headlights refers to the xenon headlights turning right/left with the steering wheel. While the adaptive function only works if the headlight switch is in the "auto on/off" position, auto on/off is something different.
