Are the '07 angel eye headlamps and cellis rear lamps are straight bolt-in retrofit (aside from ballasts)? That's probably the first thing I'd attempt.
The aluminum running boards would be another consideration. Those Beyern wheels look good. What's the offset and are you using spacers? In pic #2, the rear wheels look like they are slightly pushing beyond the fender line.
