I tried scrubbing it off with both a paper towel and MF Cloth, I don't know if they do anything. I don't think this stuff will hurt it, just make it look oily or greasy for awhile.
I'll pick up the BMW brand leather conditioner and cleaner when I bring it in for the transmission reprogram.

Isn't that that brand new X3 "you" or someone your fam just
picked up?

What up with lathering on "leather wipes" in a brand new car?

I agree with all the good info above, esp. LM's and Verbal's
two cents.

Becuase they were very dry, and that's what I do to new cars, along with a wash and a wax....but I usually don't use the wipes....and I won't again.

Yes, that's an X3.

I use a cap of Murphy's Oil Soap in a 1/2 gallon of water for all of my interior cleaning. You might give it a try.

I would contact the manufacture of that piss poor product and show them what their product has done and see if they will flip the bill to have it removed. Warn as many as you can so they do not make the same mistake. Good luck.

why didn't you test it on a small area before doing the entire interior? that's rule #1 in auto detailing when using a new product.

trueX5er, any luck on getting the grease film removed?

Detailed the interior of my X3 a couple days ago. Really impressed at how well my leather's holding up. No signs of wear, at all.
