I called the dealer again to find out the actual part number of the replacement parts, they are indeed the same as those stated on the SIB. So "Roof Frame Seal" stated on the repair order is the same as the "Windows Guide Seal" stated on the SIB

I guess I've done everything that BMW recommended so far. Although the noise is not as loud as before, it's still noticable. But I think I'm going to leave it for now and live with it!
