The OP eventually decided not to proceed with the headlight swap due to the different wiring harnesses for the lights, however I would expect that only a small wiring adapter would be required to provide the power to the corona rings (similar to the adapter used for E39's which I made the switch previously). If anyone has a basic understanding of wiring, they could probably figure it out...
