Any issues changing to 19" wheels from 18"?

I have a weird wobble/judder when cornering, and my helpful dealer has suggested that one of my front rims is slightly buckled. They have recommended I change to another set of wheels(!) and see if the issue goes away.

I have thought about going to 19" staggered alloys from the 18" that are on there. Can anyone tell me if there are any issues, particularly with ride quality and speedo reading (over/under reading)?
