Imported US X3 questions

Hi all!

Thanks for reading this. I am new here because I have imported an X3 to the Netherlands (from Fl, USA)
The X3 runs and drives great but I have some questions, hopefully you can help me out.

1 Is it possible to change the odometer from miles to kilometers? (I already changed F to C and the 12h to 24h)
2 Is it possible to program a light or claxon sign when I open or close the doors with the remote? (nothing happens right now, except opening of the doors)
3 Is it possible to program the X3 so that all doors are open with one push on the remote? (now I have press twice)

Thanks a lot!!!!

Hi XNSF,

Thanks for your reply! Is there no possibility to do it myself?

i thought there was a procedure to change the miles to km, but i can't find anything in the forums about it; i think i confused it with the temperature procedure

and #2 and #3 have to be done at the dealer

Units must be done at the dealer, except for the F to C temperature change. Unfortunately, this is the case with the older BMWs.

You may also need to install rear fog lights?

You may also need to consider daytime running lights... best bet is to identify all the changes that need to be made, then have them all programmed at once.

Yes, I checked the manual, but there's nothing in it.
And I also have to install rear fog lights. Hopefully it's already wired, and prepared for installing a bulb.... I informed at BMW and I can buy an European version with 2 knobs for rear and front.
