What are these plugs for....SOS maybe

Hello All, I Have just pulled out the panel that covers my sunroof motor on my aussie X3. The sunroof switch and microphone are housed in this panel, however i have two plugs just sitting there that are hot glued to the panel, I have no idea what they are for,

What other options are there that go into these panels??? does anyone know, im sure EAS or Bimmernav can help
