2008 X3 CD Changer Cable

Hi.

I have an '08 X3. Just bought the DICE Ipod integration kit. But I can't locate the CD changer cable under the center console. Anyone who knows where I can find it? Thx

Dice needs to update their instructions as I had the same problem.

It's in the rear left access area in my 07. try looking there - it's weher the nav system would sit. Also on mine the cable wasn't hooked to the rear of the stereo so I had to pull it out unplug what was plugged in and plug the cable in. Everything still works - bluetooth too. I think it's hooked up for sirious from th factory. good luck

You may have to search under the center console to find it.
It should be there though.

It took me almost an hour to find it there. It was under the carpet, pushed down in a hole and wrapped in a black Velcro king of wrapping thing.

Getting to it after I found it was a quite the experience as well.

But in the end it was worth the effort. A little time searching and little problem getting to the cable sure beat running that long cable from the back of the car and all that would have gone with that project.
