Some here have posted that they were able to wangle a new battery
while under the warranty and, especially the Maintenance program...

others have reported no luck in a new freebie. The Stlr version is very
pricey, inc. install. It takes <30 mins and there are several non-oem
brands to pick from in the mkt, though the non-oem ones look and
work perfectly.

It will depend upon your relationship and the Stlr's 'tude, but worth
a try.
