Water in front drivers side after rain

The other day my wife notices under her all weather mat the rug was very wet. So i wet vac'ed it up. There is still water appearing after rain, and also the windows are fogging up a lot more then i can ever remember. Im thinking it could be an problem with the sunroof drains being clogged? When i had my jetta i had this problem and clearing out the drains fixed the problem. Where are the drains located on the x3, i opened the roof but couldnt find them. I didnt notice any water on the headliner or pillars so could the water be from somewhere else? Thanks for your ideas and help.

J

Most likely the sunroof. The drains will be in the corners and run down the front pillars. You wouldn't necessarily have any water on the headliner. Get this resolved, as this leak can eventually cause issues with the in-dash electronics.

Thanks, i used a can of compressed air to clean out the drains and poured some water down each to make sure there was nothing blocking the way down. Should rain later tonight. I have a fan blowing on the carpet to dry it off. Ill cross my fingers. Thanks again for the help.
