Who can help me program the LCM

I need to remove the DRL on the rear brake light, can this be done from the LCM on an x3???

anyone can help

Um, there are daytime running lights for the taillights on the X3? It sounds like a dealer thing.

well what i mean by DRL is the light that is lit whenthe headlights are on. i need to remove that feature from the brake light only

I read somewhere that the LCM was not programmable. Cannot speak to the validity of this statement, but have never heard of any program changes. Anybody?

yes im sure this might be the case however i thought someone here might have the knowledge,

does anyone know where the actual LCM is, i want to remove it and have a go at porgramming it

I think it's behind your light switch, either straight behind it on the dashboard or under it.

If its programmable, let us know. I want to ditch the yellow corner lights that come on with the low beams at night (what the rest of the world has).

i have a guy near my warehouse that is an electronics expert and does alot of work with BMW, he has told me that it is programmable, just need to see if this is true or not, will find out tommorrow

ok i have someone that can custom program this module just need to get it out of the car. where is it located and how do i pull it out.

The only way to program away those lights is to make dealer set your car to EU mode
