Power Modules

I'm planning to get Vector tuning powermodule to my 2005 3.0Da X3. Seems that their price is lower than competitors. Can anyone share experiences about these modules?

They promise to get 35hp more, and 90nm. Fuel consumption should be lower than normal (in normal drive).
