add xenon headlights to x3

I bought x3 2004 without xenon lights ,is it possible to change the headlights to oem xenon headlights if it is ? what parts i need to buy it because when i asked the bmw agent here in my country he said he don't know because they didn't try to do something like this please i need to know which parts am going to change and if possible give it to me in detail with partnumbers

Think it's quite complex.

You will obviously need the correct light assemblies, including the ballasts and igniters. The wiring loom may need to be modified.

You will need a new/correct LCM for the Xenon setup, correctly coded to your car.

You will need the auto-levelling bits. You will need to retrofit headlamp washers if you don't already have them.

If you have bought adaptive light units, then your problem is doubled and I don't know if it would even be possible to retro-fit adaptive Xenon units.

The retrofit was a common thing to do with the E46, and as the E83 is based on that platform it should be possible, however the E46 upgrade tended to be Xenon and not Bi-Xenon (Xenon High Beam). AFAIK, the X3 lights are Bi-Xenon.

There is an OEM retrofit kit shown on realoem.com under lighting>retrofittings ... suggest you have a look there and checkout with the dealer.
