You could try here: http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...layCatalogid=0 I'm not sure about fitting the door seal, it could be easy. Or not.

I have 2004 X3 and the same problem, worn drivers door seal at the bottom. I reported this to the dealer and they initially were going to replace under warranty. Dealer changed their mind when they saw the cost of the part and said it was normal "wear and tear". Funny, none of my other vehicles have this normal wear. So I am still living with the seal. Good luck with the repair.
