Hello everybody..

My headlight went out and i wanted to know where would be a good place to get a headlight replacement..but more importantly, does anybody have a DIY on how to replace the headlight bulb?

Thanks!

It'll be in the owner's maual then. If you don't have one, search this site fot a PDF version. It's a fairly straight forward job to swap the bulb.

I had them done not too long ago. For the driver's side, release the plastic shield, twist the housing and replace the bulb.

The passenger side bulb is blocked by the washer fluid reservoir. You need to unbolt it and then follow the driver's side steps. Note there is only one way to insert the bulbs.

So what about replacing a xenon bulb? what is the trick in releasing the thin wire clip that holds the silver ignitor box into the headlight frame? has anyone replaced one of these bulbs?

One side of the clip will release. Lift up the end of the clip with the tip of your finger.
