My Seat started on Fire

I would have been outraged at the dealer if they told me the seat was not under warranty and to tough it out. That kind of fault is not about a warranty, but rather safety. They serve every right to resolve this problem at hand.

I would even call the BMW North America, Customer Relations and see what type of resolution they will give you as well.
