PANORAMIC SUNROOF stopped working

Hi,

The panoramic sunroof stopped working. The second rear part of the roof does not want to be closed. As a result, I cannot open it or completely close it. It seems like that the chain from driver side which moving rear part of the roof up and down is not moving anymore. It stuck somewhere. I am wondering if someone had similar problems and was able to fix it. Any advice is highly appreciated.

PS. Can be this cover by CPO extended warranty?
