Dealer says Nav screen not covered by CPO

Hey Lemans, hope all is well!! Once I sold my 4.6is, I was MIA for awhile. I picked up the X3 for my wife since she needed the trunk space. I think this is going to be a difficult search as there are few X3's with Nav and it is a flip up that sits on top of the dash that is built in. It sucks because you can even see what radio station you are on. The dealer wants $2300 for it which is obscene. Hopefully something will turn up. Thanks for the links, greatly appreciated.

It's an easy job to remove/replace.

1) Pop out the pair of centre vents - just carefully prise out from bottom and they will pop out. Unclip the bowden cable and unplug the switch and set the vent unit aside.
2) TIS says to remove the Climate Control - not sure if you need to, but perhaps to get at the plug. Remove two screws on top of climate panel and slide out/unplug.
3) Undo the two screws up under the lip of the CID.
4) Disconnect CID connector on the loom.
5) Raise CID on RH side and feed out cable - you have to do this to clear the stepper motor.
6) remove CID assembly.
