BMW X3 (E83) FUSE CARD

Hello,
I'm a newbie to these forums (so please be gentle!)
We have just purchased a 2004 BMW X3 E83 which is nice - one problem is that we do not have a manual or the glove box fuse card.
Can anyone supply a photograph of or redirect me to the nearest free image?

Many thanks
Pazpoo

I don't have the X3 with me right now but I'll take a pic or perhaps scan the fuse card over the weekend.

+1,

You can download a PDF version of the owners manual here:

BMW North America

I don't know if it has the fuse chart in there but you're welcome to look yourself and at least you'll have a copy of the manual.

Yeah that'll work. US models also have the same fuse card sourced from Britain, so it's nice to see the words spelled correctly.

Thank you!

Thanks so much for the help, it's really appreciated.
We now have the proper manuals and the fuse card printed and back in the glove box.
It's so nice getting all these little bits, making the car as original as possible!

(Newbie Comment #2: Should I be starting a new thread if I wish to ask about removing gear knobs?)

Yes, but that's an easy one.

Sit in the drivers seat and turn towards the passenger side. Grip the knob withboth hands and yank upwards sharply. DO NOT lean over the knob when you do this or you will be sporting a black eye or missing teeth

They do come off quite easily with a sharp pull. Just pulling slowly, even quite hard won't make the knob come off, but a sharp upward yank will.

I replaced my knob only a couple of weeks ago as I managed to get a brand new TitanII trimmed one for £10 off ebay!!

Next job is replacing the ULF with a Gen13 one so my iPhone will work properly.

OooOCH!!

With the car in 2nd gear, one foot on the rest plate, leaning over the centre armrest I copied many others who just won't listen to good advice!!
Now with a splitting headache and a small bruise forming above my right eye I have now replaced the gear knob!

Now folks ... Can we make this 3 out of 3?

Can any link or supply the 2004 E83 CD business navigation manuals?
We have the business single CD unit in dash with a screen in the top middle tray which flips up when the engine turns on. On this the Sat Nav and TV runs from processors in the rear boot?

I checked the last link to the BMW user manuals but couldn't see any of the entertainment ones?
