check engine light came on

So I took the car in sine I have it under the CPO. They took a look at it and said the MAF was bad. They replace the part and sent me on my way. A week later the light came back on and I took it in. This time they said that the rubber hose for the intake boot is bad. I passed on getting the part fixed since it was $350 to get it done. Any one know what might need to get fix? I ask if it was the one from the MAF to the intake, they said it was the lower one. I took a look when I got home and I don't see a lower one, am I missing something?

Weasel will become famous soon enough
If you have the 3.0i it would be the smaller section of hose that comes off of the boot to the throttle body and goes to the idle air motor.

Nope, that one's for the brake booster. You would need #3 in this one.

Yeah, the worst part is that they put the hose clamps in such difficult positions...

With my assortment of tools including swivel sockets and battery powered goodies I get it done pretty quickly, but if you are just working with a few screwdrivers and such I'd look for half hour to an hour of damning the engineers as you contort your arm down into weird positions.
