Climate mod

Hi

I have X3 3.0dA 2005 with manual climate.

Has anyone changed manual climate to automatic? What kind of modifications it would require? I think that will require at least these:

Control unit, automatic air cond., AUC Part number: 64 11 3 443 981
Heater/air conditioning wiring set Part number: 61 12 6 910 085
Sensor F. AUC Part number: 64 11 6 917 001

Do we need anything else, maybe new software or ??

Hmm, you're probably not going to get a lot of responses on this US-based forum since most X3s were sold here with Climate Automatic.

Those parts above look right but will be fairly pricey. It might become a "trial-and-error" experiment. But it looks like you have most the items covered.
