steering wheel heats uniformly?
Just a quick question, My heated steering wheel gets warm between the 9 O'clock position and the 6 O'clock position. Shouldn't it heat evenly all the way around?
I have an appointment Tuesday and want to know if I should bring this up. Thanks! Fred |

All around the circumference, yes. Evenly, no, not in my experience. Perhaps it should, but the four I have had have all been somewhat variable, with warmer and cooler spots.

After driving many many new BMWs with heated steering wheels I can tell you that it should heat uniformly all the way around, however I would say only 60-70% actually do. You can bring it up at your service appointment. I have heard of them being replaced under warranty for that issue.
