Replacing interior door opener handles

I have just replaced the nasty black interior door opener handles on my August 2004 X3 with the later 'matt chrome' type. I have done a writeup with photo's in case anyone else wants to do this as it's a cheap mod and IMHO makes the interior look less utilitarian.
