No specific ideas yet, but some questions.
Is it still under warranty? Not sure what your warranty terms are in Australia. What did the dealer do when they completed the major service? Did they touch the transmission? Suggest you keep a simple log of the issues, noting what is happening, and when, in preparation for a discussion with the repair facility.
