Sarge, re:Headers...why would you want them?
I'd skip that dough and install-mess until post-warr. Even then, I'd skip headers which leads to diff cat back tailpipes and is a waste of dough without intake changes, eng mgmt adjustments, etc., etc. For that kind of money and time, you could toss your X and get a used 4.8 by then.
