Remus Exhaust

Anyone have a Remus exhaust installed in their X3?

If so, how is the sound in the cabin at cruising speeds?

www.bavauto.com has them for $525.

No one?

What about other exhaust systems? Supersprint? Eisenmann?

I've got one fitted to my 3.0 diesel over here in Bonnie Scotland I'm well chuffed and looks great. Can't say on the sound cause your motor will sound different to mine anyway.

Somefolks warned me about the exhaust tips sticking slightly up the way but to me it's not to bad.

best bit though I got robbed with the price I paid £700 GBP

What do you mean?

Also, even though it's tough to compare, did you notice any sound difference? Especially in the cabin?

Thanks.

Because he has a X3 3.0i DIESEL, not a X3 3.0i Gasoline model.

Guy's I'm a SHE

Outside the motor you hear a small bit more of a rumble inside the cab is fine.

don't worry it does not affect how quiet things are inside.

Thanks. That would be great. I contacted www.bavauto.com and they said the Remus exhaust "may" extend farther by about 1" (2.54 cm) due to the fact it was designed with the aero kit on the X3.
