There's a strong likelihood that Comfort seats will be available in the near future, perhaps as early as Fall 2011 production.

The tilt angle of the headrests cannot be adjusted. Although I'm not that short (I'm 173cm), I found this extremely annoying in the loaner, non-sport E90 which has a similar setup.
