Found the plastic clips!!!!

I thing I found the female plastic clips you are looking for that works with lock 64318385244.

Not sure what all the fuss is about - these parts are readily available from BMW dealers and other parts suppliers. BMW Part # 51711947419 - Plug-in Nut.

#14 in this diagram.

I had to replace a bunch of these after the one time I had the dealer service my car - and they lost a bunch of them getting at the brake reservoir...
