I was able to contact sellers that did not ship to Canada for example, and usually after one or 2 e-mails asking directly about shipping charges and that I am willing to pay & wait, they changed the listing so I can purchase.
The (Romanian) soft when you install, will generate a key algorithm based on your computer's hardware, and that number you will have to e-mail the seller, so he can generate a unique key afterwards for your computer, done within the day.
